Shannon Haynes has over 14 years of nursing and healthcare experience, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

At Care Connectors, she draws on her extensive background to foster lasting partnerships, ensuring client needs are met with excellence.

Prior to joining Care Connectors in 2018, Shannon managed quality improvement operations and led clinical and quality outcomes reporting for health plans and IPAs. Her leadership in both client relations and operational excellence drives impactful changes in patient care and business success.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Montana Technological University and Associates in Vocational Nursing from Stanbridge College.
