Connecting Care Connectors Employee Screening events as part of your workplace wellness program gives your employees easy access to crucial biometric screenings. Conducting a robust employee screening program can raise awareness of health issues, identify problems, and promote healthier lifestyles for all staff.
Care Connectors approach includes planning the onsite wellness event from start to finish. We will schedule employees for specific time slots during the event. The entire screening process can be completed in 15 minutes and is administered by a certified healthcare provider. In collaboration with lab partner(s), lab results are sent to employees, employee’s health plan and primary care provider (if applicable).
