Care Connectors is proud to offer advanced technology based mobile health clinics across the United States. Our mobile health clinics are designed to provide a wide range of health services with a scheduling flexibility that helps provide the best care at a convenient location, date and time for the members.
Our mobile clinics help deliver clinical exams to members that may experience various obstacles in reaching a traditional fixed clinic or medical facility. Our trained medical providers/nurse practitioners, medical assistants, registration clerks, and van drivers, all work together to provide friendly and accessible care to members as well as links to ongoing medical care management.
A few of the services provided Care Connectors’ mobile units include annual wellness visits, health education sessions, and tests/preventive screenings as ordered by the Provider. Such as electrocardiogram (EKG), Diabetic Retinal Eye (DRE) exam, Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) test, Digital Mammography (Mammogram) screening, etc.
Care Connectors’ Mobile Mammography unit provides early breast cancer detection services to women all over the United States. The self-contained mobile clinics travel to various local community locations and provide members with advanced digital mammography screening services. The mobile clinic is staffed with an experienced board-certified technologist, who conducts the imaging on site.
