Care Connectors Medical Group is seeking to fill the position of an Executive Assistant with paralegal and health care experience in Newport Beach, California: Full-time.
Position Summary: Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties for the company.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for general executive administrative matters, managing Legal & Compliance, provide paralegal support on a wide range of matters.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training/ Education:
- Paralegal Associated Degree
- Certified Paralegal
- 2+ years experience as an executive assistant
- Health Care experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a plus and ability to learn new technologies with guidance and training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
