Full Time The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting leaders in developing and advancing appropriate strategic and organizational goals. Serves as the primary contact for all HR related initiatives. Serves as an expert in the full cycle of the HR operations and is responsible for understanding the business goals and needs of each department. Provides talent management, leadership coaching and support. Leads HR team to address relations, recruitment, performance management and solutions to promote the business need.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum five (5) years of professional level Human Resources Generalist experience
- Preferred: Five (5) – seven (7) years of professional level Human Resources Generalist experience. Previous healthcare experience
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in related field
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
