Mr. Zuniga is a 20-year US Navy Veteran with a specialty in Information Systems and has been in the Managed Care industry for over a decade, specializing in customer contact solutions. Under his leadership, he has assisted organizations in developing and implementing contact technology solutions to increase customer retention, as well as develop strategies for new client relations.
As Vice President of Operations with Care Connectors Medical Group (CCMG) since 2019, he has helped lead the organization in setting future benchmarks with customer contact strategies, which has led CCMG to be acknowledged as an elite institution.
