Payal Patel

M.D.- General Pediatrics & Pediatric Cardiology

Dr. Patel is double board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Graduating with distinction, she obtained her undergraduate degree in psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles and obtained her medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine in addition to completing her pediatrics residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Patel has over 15 years of experience and is currently Chair of the Pediatric department at UCLA.

Sajeet Sawhney

M.D.- Nephrology

Dr. Sawhney specializes in Kidney disease and hemodialysis. He attended medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed his residency at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in Flushing, New York followed by completing his Nephrology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Sawhney currently is practicing in Newport Beach, CA.

Jorge M. Castellanos

M.D.– Cardiology

Dr. Castellanos received his Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University in 2001 and graduated from Harvard Medical School in 2007. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of California, San Francisco in 2010, followed by a General Cardiology fellowship, and an Interventional Cardiology fellowship with a focus in advanced minimally invasive structural heart disease at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles in 2014. Dr. Castellanos also obtained a Master's Degree in Public Policy at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

Courtney Crawford

M.D.- Ophthalmology

Dr. Crawford is a Board-Certified retina specialist who has been practicing ophthalmology for over 15 years. After completing undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Crawford was accepted as a Fulbright Scholar for Panama. Following the Fulbright Fellowship, he completed his Medical Degree at Michigan State University. After having completed an Army Medical Scholarship, he had the opportunity to serve as Chief of the Pentagon Health Clinic in Washington DC. He was also accepted to serve as White House Aide. His internship and residency in Ophthalmology was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma WA. His fellowship in Vitro-retinal Disease and Surgery was completed at Tufts/OCB in Boston, MA. Dr. Crawford has the distinguished honor to be a board examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology.
