Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shah brings over 20-years of proven executive healthcare management and leadership skills, including operations and finance responsibilities for health plans, medical groups and IPAs. His expertise encompasses optimizing revenue through improving Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) Scores and quality measures, optimizing value-based incentives, and reducing healthcare costs by improving efficiency in the healthcare delivery systems.

Prior to starting Care Connectors, he held roles as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Heritage Provider Network and as Chief Operating Officer for Sierra Medical Group; where his attributions led the group to achieve a five-star rating for two consecutive years and more than an 80% growth in membership.

Mr. Shah earned his executive education in managing healthcare delivery from Harvard Business School, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from MIT, an MBA in Information Systems, and a Masters of Commerce in Economics.
